Receiving & Load Out: Receiving equipment until August 7 or until lot is full. No vehicles or tires.
Load out Sunday 12-5 and Monday-Saturday 8-5 please have items removed by August 30.
Commission rates: 10% per item, $20.00 minimum, $500.00 maximum, $40.00 no sale fee per item.
Terms: 3% Buyers premium for on sight & 5% online buyers. Payment: Credit/debit card (4% processing fee) Cash, Wire
transfer (contact us for details), Check (must be mailed next day with tracking) Payment deadline: By Thursday following
the auction. Online buyers see terms on bid platforms. All items sell as-is where-is with no warranties or guarantees by
